Shipping Policy

Shipping from overseas warehouses will take 12 to 15 working days.

Shipping within the USA will take 8 to 10 working days.

Shipping to other countries around the globe will take 25 to 30 working days.

The handling time for each product is 3 to 4 days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), and we will send you the actual order you have ordered.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items you purchased, since we want your shopping experience to be easy and satisfying. Within 30 days after delivery, you may swap your items or get a full refund by returning them.

We normally require 72 hours to analyze your returned purchase when we get it. It will take 15 business days to finalize your exchange order and mail it to you.
